At Hype and stitch we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 or 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Undergarments or swimwear

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at hypeandstitch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the cost we incurred for shipping may be deducted from your refund.


5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within the return period.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
